As a Queen Bee of an all-girl youth group, The Honeybees, Diamond Long is a dynamic mentor known for her vibrant energy and commitment to nurturing young minds. As the Managing Broker at North Pro Realty, she brings entrepreneurial flair to her family's business.

There's Beauty in Foundation 

Growing up as the oldest of five has been inspirational to Naeysha's commitment as a Queen Bee mentor. With her discipline and drive she has been able to accomplish many goals in her life and has set an immense tone for structure. 

Naeysha is a serial entrepreneur who is a Realtor, Notary Public, Women's Activist, and a soon to be licensed esthetician with a popular brand, Upscale Aesthetics. Naeysha Sneed is not only recognized for her professional accomplishments, but also for her commitment to being involved outside of The HoneyBee's for community and charitable work in the black community. 

Beyond the classroom, Naeysha is actively involved in extracurricular activities. She believes in the holistic development of the bee's and works towards creating opportunities for them to excel not only academically but also socially, mentally, & emotionally.

As a mentor for supporting the future leaders of today. A quote that she lives by is "Stay Ready So You Don't Have To Get Ready". Naeysha understands the importance of leadership skills in shaping a child's future. Her focus is on instilling confidence, compassion, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities within The HoneyBee's to mold them to having a sense of independency and individuality.
